My Preferred Hair Gel
I have used American Crew Pomade for many years. A pencil-eraser-sized dab worked into damp hair results in excellent control with blow-drying. It does not have an overwhelming scent and easily washes out, no buildup. Recent price reductions on eBay make it an excellent value compared to purchasing it in hair salons or barber shops. Recommended!

Enables Full APC Back-UPS Support on a PC
I purchased (from another source) a refurbished APC Back-UPS 550 which did not come with a data signaling cable. I was therefore not able to turn on automatic graceful shutdown of my Windows 10 PC if AC power failed. This cable worked PERFECTLY. After connecting it to the Back-UPS and my PC, Windows 10 immediately recognized the uninterruptible power supply was present and placed an icon in the Notification Area showing "100% charged". For even better monitoring and control, I installed APC's PowerChute Personal Edition. The application replaces native Windows 10 power support to show more details (such as UPS model, serial#, and remaining runtime) while still supporting control of how long to wait before shutting down after AC power is lost and what types of notification to display. Again, this data signaling cable provided PERFECT communications between my PC and the Back-UPS unit.

1-for-1 Replacement for Failed Base
I had already installed an AT&T CRL32102 for my elderly mother. The base + handset are well-suited to people with visual / motor / hearing impairments. For some reason, the base developed problems (garbled message playback; message play/delete buttons not working). Might have been a power-surge. The handset worked fine. This replacement base was an excellent value compared to repurchasing the entire phone system. It was easy to deregister the handset from the original base then register it to this replacement base.
