Generally a good product.
Good material which allows you to wear it over a nappy and briefs, without sweating during the day. Leg and waist bands are nice and soft. Rather on the big side for a medium pant - small would be better for me overall.

Excellent product; would buy again.
Fabulous comfortable protection all night, every night. I could not sleep properly without them on. I have been incontinent for many years and these great pants are a godsend to me.

Excellent protection pants
I wear PVC overbriefs at night for additional protection over a nappy. Also I wear them on long journeys for peace of mind. These superb pants have never let me down.
