Don't do it.
The brushes come with a laquer applied to the bristles, when cleaning them with warm soapy water many of the brushes lost all their bristles. The bristles are also terrible quality, on the whole a waste of time, money, and environmental resources.

Maybe I got a dodgy one..
Sounds very feeble despite having a good 12v source. The bike only scraped through the mot as the horn could barely be heard over the engine. I'll have to get another for next year..
