This is the S5 you want
After using an ATT branded S5 for 2 years, I realized that I really liked the S5, but I hated all of the crap that AT&T and Samsung forced upon me. A recent AT&T update forces the Uber app on you with no ability to remove (NO THANKS!). It's also unfortunate that a phone that still works perfectly fine was unlikely to receive new Android updates beyond Marshmallow (v6). So in 2017, if you still like your S5, but want the latest and greatest Android, the SM-G900F is what you need. The process is a little scary if you've never modded your phone, but it's not difficult. First step is to run the chainfire root, then install TWRP from the app store, and finally load a custom ROM via TWRP. My choice was LineageOS 14.1. While the S7 and S8 are nice phones, I personally don't like carrying around an $800 phone that can get stolen, lost or dropped. At ~$200, in 2017 the S5 still provides a good balance of functionality and value. Along with the Note 4, this was the last series of Samsung phones to offer removable batteries and an SD card expansion slot. Overall, if you want to install custom roms, the SM-G900F is the one you want. The carrier branded ones have locked bootloaders, so don't even bother.

Comfortable and a good value
These are the best safety glasses I've tried so far. Very comfortable on the nose and temples, not prone to fogging, and a good value. Works well with my 3M respirator. I keep a pair of clear and a pair of smoke lenses for brighter days.

Nice Blower!
Bought this to replace a corded 12-amp Dewalt blower. This Ryobi cordless blower doesn't have as much power, but it's closer enough for my tasks. This tool is lightweight enough to carry for a good while, but make sure you have a 4ah or greater battery - this tool will drain batteries quickly.
