  Held on to the item till ebay paid him out then tells me I should’ve used PayPal to pay him.seller is full of excuses and if I could return this thing I would F- seller.

  Ebay posted payment to my account on the evening of June 2nd, I shipped the product the next morning. He wanted me to ship before getting paid and if there was a problem to take it up with Ebay. See his own text " held on to item until Ebay paid him". Does anyone ship before getting paid? His payment went directly into my bank instead of going through PayPal, Paypal still doesn't have a record of his payment. Plus I took off the Indiana tax and gave him free shipping
