  Frustrated with this purchase. You can always tell when a seller is willing to work with you with an item he sells. The jackplate was not functional and completely seized and to top it all off it was packaged in a plastic box that could’ve fit 3 jackplates in with absolutely no packaging material. It arrived all damaged on the corners and halfway out of the box. When I notified seller he said “It’s 350 new and I sold it for less” expects me to pay for new box for return. Doesn’t reply to msgs
