Epica Electric Milk Frother
The first thing that comes in mind about this milk frother is ,It is really quiet!!!". The only thing you have to watch out for is make sure you have the correct amount of milk that needs to be frothed because if not it will spiil over the enclosed lid. Cleaning is relatively easy but there still appears to be a thin film of coagulated milk stuck on the bottom of the carafe. Use a soft damp cloth to scrub it away and not to damage the teflon coating.

Beemis slow close toilet seat.
The seat I walk made and works just like it said it would. Slow closing and non slip. The only thing I need to street is the thickness of the material. Too thin. When I tried to sit on it it warped. I weight 200 lbs. Maybe too heavy? Previously I had a TOTO seat and it was much much thicker but of course double the price. I guess you pay for what you get.
