Excellent service
Thought I would have to scrap my 1st gen Kindle until I heard about this service. I had gone to the Kindle troubleshooting page in Amazon, looked at the existence of this common problem, then saw the input from one or two people of finding a repair service on eBay. Searched for at least three pages at the various options. This site was the most reasonable, and with the provided video, most informative of what I was purchasing. My Kindle was sent and received back in less then a week. Its now charging great, still being used. Highly recommended service provider.
