Technical analysis for beginners
This book covers most of the basics that are required when using chart patterns to try and guess where the price of an investment is going based upon where the price has been in the past.
The method is based upon crowds buying and selling and leaving behind a foot print of swing high swing low and reversal points of prices without considering the fundamental reason prices redacted as they did,so basically you are following the price only and not the reason why the price moved the way that it did .
Does FA work ? Those who have made or saved money will say yes,those who analysis the underlying assets will properly say it is a waist of time.
Example of the Fed are increasing the interest rate and the BoJ is reducing interest rates the usd/jpy will rise if you where only watching charts then you have just missed a big move in my humble opinion Ta is only a part the the game.
