The hairbrush is great. My only negative is that I was anticipating that the bristles would be just a little stiffer.

Fix the problem of me being able to run the updates feature for all accounts at once or risk losing me as a long term customer.
4 von 7 finden das hilfreich This 2020 version has caused me to be unable to run updates for all accounts at the same time. It freezes up in the waiting mode. The most recent update has not corrected this problem, so it appears no one is watching the store, so to speak, while we, the customers, have to suffer with updating one account at a time.
Also, every year I continue to ask why they cannot design the calendar so that at year end all of my previous reminders (Notes) can be copied and pasted into the new version.
Also we should have access to qualified tech support personnel on a 24/7 basis.
