Great product that works beautifully
Pros: Excellent design and quality. Works with lip doors as well as overlay doors. Width of lip rabbit must be increased by about a quarter of an inch. Installation relatively easy for an experienced person.
Cons: Hex-washer, torx, square- or hex-recess screws should be provided to facilitate retrofit installations. It is very difficult to tighten the phillips-head screws properly in the panel. I provided my own hex-washer head screws and tightened them with a socket wrench.
Additional comments: Retrofit installations can be tricky for a novice. Be sure to pre-drill and thread the screw holes in the panel before installing

Nice product
Pros: Proven design. I used these professionally several years ago with good results.
Cons: These appear to have some quality and reliability issues. Two of them failed upon installation. Installation seems to be sensitive. I had one working fine until I put the last screw in the hook, then it wouldn't hold. I removed the screw and worked it whille holding the spring in the back of the latch and it started working again.
