Toxic Parents-a must read book for all parents & kids
I bought this book the year it came out. I have suggested it to so many people. Everyone knows someone that was a victim, is a victim, or is the struggling parent. I was a Day Care worker and wanted to recognize children with toxic parents. I suggest to others that when you read it, you need to keep in mind, the parents, the grandparents, yourself if it is for you, the children and their children. All generations have to be forgiven to start the healing. Without forgiveness, the healing will not complete. It doesn't mean you set yourself up for more punishment, It means, simply, learn to let go of anger and revenge as well as hurt and begin to heal. Generation after generation can only heal when one person decides to end the pain and start a new way of raising children and being a better parent. This book can give anyone that reads it direction to do just that as well as direction to guide others through the steps of healing.

Way of the future for optimal health
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Nothing has ever relieved the mind and relaxed the muscle so much as Tai Chi. My husband is disabled and this is just what we both needed for exercise of both body & mind. I highly recommend this to anyone with stress in their lives or just a pleasant way to relax.
