Don't Waste Your Money
The construction on the scoop is lightweight and not very sturdy. The bail inside of the scoop is driven by a geared shaft. The bail in the scoop sweeps 180° when the handles are squeezed. These two gears jump out of alignment if the bail meets any resistance. The bail then ends up anywhere but back to where it should be stopping. You have to stop and index the bail, align the gears and hope the cookie dough sweeps loose of the scoop before the resistance mis-aligns the gears, again.

Consistant Quality
This product is dimensionally consistent. It fits the WS3000 without any problems. The surfaces are smooth and defect free. This accessory is handy to have as an extra. The tool comes with two, but the additional discs allow you to attach any number of different grit discs without having to destroy a good disc trying to remove it from the disc it is on.

Fantastic Item
These plates are intended for the lapidary trade. However, I have found a crossover use for my woodworking hobby. I ordered a plate for experimental purposes. It was at my doorstep, across the country, in three days. The plate was well made and very reasonable in cost. I subsequently ordered several more in different grits, as have some of my fellow hobbyists.
The plates are 152 mm (6") and the 120 grit is slightly thicker then 1 mm (1/10"). It is rigid and the abrasive media is well dispersed, even and consistent.
