Awesome piece of equipment for beginners and more
I I have one of these from years ago and found it very helpful in getting to start exercising again. So, I ordered one for a friend who is wanting to start excersing., She too loves it. It is easy to use while seated or standing, great for beginners and can always increase the resistance as you get more fit. Compact for traveling too.

Quality Shrimp Tool that does it all!
It takes a little getting use to, trying to get it around the curve of the shrimp. But once you figure it out and get it peeled, deveined and butterflied in one-shot, it is so much faster.

Best Purple Shampoo out ther in my opinion!
Love this product! I have purchased 2 bottles for myself and 1 for my sister as she liked how my hair looked. She says it has a slight blue tint, but probably because I use it often. I like how my hair feels and looks after washing it with this product. This is my new go-to shampoo.
