Bloody amazing...!!!
Very powerful tool...from tracking daily lifestyle & all manner of sports training to helping navigate basic hiking paths & all the way to alpine ascents, this thing has you covered. Very well made, robust & good support from Garmin...I haven't even considered "upgrading" to the 6x pro. This watch I have is all I need.

Great product & a big part of my nutritional program
MRE Lite is the low carb variation of Redcon1's MRE...very easily digested with no bloating, coming from beef isolate, salmon & other whole food protein sources. Tastes great, mixes well &
I personally use this in a shake for 1 of my meals & mixed in oats when needed, then use whey isolate post training for faster nutritional uptake. The perfect combination.
