Not quite the quality they are Bragan about!

First thing I noticed when taking out of the packaging was that the right side rail had some pretty bad scratching near the Bragan logo, I'd guess this was present before the decal was applied. QA? Not the easiest to fit, I had to fit the two middle leg bolts of each rail before giving the front and rear mounting points some muscle to get the holes lined up and simultaneously screwing the bolts in. The screw caps on all four corners are a very awkward fit! the front cap on the left rail is now broken trying to fit it and I worry that it will fall out and I cant get the left rear cap to sit flush like the others. One of the middle legs on the left rail is very poorly moulded with a bulge in the side. Infact all four of the ABS middle legs are pretty poorly moulded but acceptable enough, as goes with the questionable rubber seals. All in all I would be very happy with the item if it wasn't for the aforementioned problems and I will be contacting Bragan to see what they can do about the situation, afterall I did buy these rails on the understanding that I was purchasing an OEM quality product which I strongly disagree with. But if Bragan can replace the above items so as to fit/finish as intended then I would be very happy to recommend them to others and would be happy about my purchase.
