A Good Pair For Beginners
This can be very good product if they were made of real leather. Traditional bag gloves like this have been neglected, but you can practice correct techniques with this kind of gloves. If you look at pictures of the old-time legends like Ali, Frazier, Robinson, Marciano, etc, you'll see what I'm talkin.

A Great Introductory Book on the Sport of Kickboxing by a World Champion!
The primary emphasis of this book is the developments of cardiovascular strength and abdominal works, in addition to the introduction of the regular gym workout scheduling which is important for a fighter to start his/her serious kickboxing career.
The author, Mr. Scott Ashley points out that he patterned his fighting style after the legendary Jean Yves Theriault. Therefore, if one looks for further study of kickboxing, the natural step would be participating in one of the Jean Yves Theriault seminars.
This book is also one of the few books on the subject which shows numerous neck strengthening techniques. Each instructional photo is large and it's easy to follow.
