perfect replacement
Had to replace a plate I chipped, and after extensive research, found it here! Thanks for having what I wanted.
Not related to the product of company, the item sat for weeks in some USPS warehouse :(

Good beginners dvd
For someone just learning pilates, this is a good start. each movement is done slowly, with a partner showing a slightly easier version.
I'd recommend this dvd for anyone starting out.
