Works great and very quiet
Arrived promptly and packaged well.
Directions not clear and between book and other installation sheet. Too many warnings in with directions. Had to go back and reread many times to program etc. The actual install of the opener was smooth but programing not so clear. I have installed at least three conventional openers before and not had issues with programming.
I like the product and would buy again.

Good Product, simple app, would purchase again
This is my second MyQ Smart hub for my new Genie opener. My first Smart Hub has been operating my Chamberlin opener for a few years now. So now I have two openers to control in the same app.
I have had to contact product support recently and the service was good.
