A real competitor to the iPod
For those who want a media player that is simple and can do plenty but not too much, the Zune HD is for you. Sure Microsoft has all but washed their hands of the brand, but there’s still some value in these old players. The OLED screen is beautiful, audio is amazing quality, the games and apps are alright (if you know how to find them that is). And to those who think it would be too complex to set it up, there’s a dedicated community that is willing to help any newcomers. All in all, this things truly was a real competitor to the iPod, and it’s a shame that Microsoft discontinued the brand entirely in 2012.
