Good product
The pump that was replaced was like 20 years old and it was not easy finding replacement. I saw this and the specs were pretty close. Everything transitioned easily. It is a little loud. Pretty happy all and all.

These pads fit perfectly and works well. Was having issues with the old ones streaking and the new one cleans without streaking

My sister in law has wanted one of these so I purchased it through EBay which was cheaper than on pampered chef. It came in the original packaging and she loves it!
