An Overlooked, yet terrific film.
This movie was so much more than I expected going in. When I see other shonen manga turned into a feature film, its usually bland and clearly made for money. However this movie is more than that, and provides a story (that while not in the manga) provides satisfaction for any fan of Brotherhood. The animation is outstanding compared to the series, it was honestly surprising to see a film from Bones with so much liveliness in the animation after seeing the My Hero Academia movie which only had theatrical worthy animation in 2 scenes, with the rest feeling like an extended episode of the show. Though in this, the animation is far better throughout, which may seem a bit jarring at first, though you'll quickly learn to appreciate it after a few minutes in. By the time you finish the movie, you'll love just how gripping all of it is, and I give this a 9/10, and see it as a must buy for any fan of the series.
