Fantastic book for helping you develop coping strategies for mental and physical ill health
The WRAP 'system' is excellent, really good for helping you develop a structured way to look after your help, physical and mental. It is really well written. I would also recommend the 'Winning with Wellness' book by the same author.

Scratches back of phone - not recommended
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich After using the case for a couple of months, scatches started to appear on the back of the phone that can only have been caused by the case.
The case is the only possible cause - there are no dents in the phone other than those in the back and I haven't dropped my phone. I have used the cased with my phone since I got the phone.
I have now used the case for about a year and the scratches have got worse and worse. There are now 40 or 50 small scatches in the metal on the back of the phone.
I wouldn't reccomend this case as it damages your 6P.

I love it!
I really love this flowerpot. I have my little Groot sitting on my desk next to monitor. I have put a few different small plants in it, the type you can buy in Ikea. It works really well and is a nice touch to add to your desk/office. Thanks!
