The sign works well, but is less attractive than I might have hoped.
The sign works just like it should. It is a little too large for the purpose, and isn't really very attractive. If it were smaller, and with less gaudy colors, it would look better.

An excellent booklet.
This is a good over-view of early talking machines. The booklet is very typical of Shire publications, which is to say excellent. I've never seen one I wouldn't recommend. I've been collecting talking machines for decades, and I found information in this booklet that I've never seen before.

Reprint of an important booklet.
The book is nearly all I could have hoped for. My only complaint is that the printing is a little less sharp than I would have hoped for. But then, it is a copy/reprint of a very old booklet. I am well-satisfied with it.
