Illustrated Pigeons from Hell by Robert E Howard
Being a big fan of the writings of Robert E Howard I look for books or other items by him. The writings of Robert E howard are very collectable, the older the better and first editions are rare and costly. The illustrated Pigeons From Hell was a item that wasn't in my collection. Artist Scott Hampton devoted two years painting this edition copywrited in 1988 from the short story by Howard in 1932.In my opinion it was a bargain that may never come my way again. The story is superb, the art work very good and now I wonder if it was in my best interests to say good things about it.
