Unit was new and unused but was partially disassembled

Unit was new and unused but was partially disassembled(Spring was out of regulator). In reassembly, I may have inflicted other problems due to no instructions/install sheet.. New inbox units don't have instructions. New inbox units come assembled and set for 50PSI Eventually printed parts list from manufacture and regulator works
