Quick and friendly
Not only did the package arrive quickly in great condition, but the part was expertly wrapped to protect it from damage. Receipt was included with a hand written Thank You offering a nice personal touch.
The part is new, not refurbished still in the factory plastic. Once opened it seems to be of higher quality than the original part. Has a heavier more durable feel.
