Thinking for a Change is appropriately titled. A must read for anyone who knows they need to make a change.
I lived a very traumatic childhood, and didn't know how to deal with what I had gone through. I got into drugs and alcohol at a very young age. Didn't trust anyone. I was an introvert, very shy, and always getting into trouble.
This book has the keys to unlocking your inner self, it makes you dig deep, it helps you to develop new thinking patterns. I recommend this book for anyone who knows they need to make some changes in their thinking pattern.

Are you serious about making a change in your life?
This is a great book for those who are serious about making a positive change to their life. There is definitely a thinking process that we all have and use in every single situation in our lives. If you often have negative thoughts and/ or feelings about various people/ situations in your life and WANT to change this, then this is exactly what you need to read. It is very well laid out and easy to understand. It is thought provoking and, if followed, it will help you to see the real reason why you think the way you do.
