Good modem, but Optimum had trouble with the set up
5 von 6 finden das hilfreich I bought this to replace my Optimum cable modem, because we got tired of paying $10 per month for a piece of hardware that they have not replaced in years. The ARRIS modem itself is easy enough to set up at my end, but it took Optimum multiple tries over several days to get it to work with their telephone system. I do not know if that is Optimum's fault or not, but they are so difficult to get in touch with, and everytime they would reset the modem it would cut off the WiFi & therefore the phone call with the tech. Total nightmare over three days to make it work.

A good value to fix an older laptop
This replacement keyboard seems like decent quality, especially for the price. It fit well and installed easily. The only issue I had was that the one I was replacing was backlit, and this one is not.
