Littman stethescope
This replaced the one that I used in nursing school. I've had doctors trying to borrow it, with their stethescope around their necks!
The old one lasted 12 years!

Legal stun gun

The stun will stop you. *Don't test it, turn it off and accidentally touch the prongs- You will get zapped! Not enough to give you palpitations, but it will HURT! A must have for ALL who value their safety
