  Paid the seller, after waiting three weeks, I contacted eBay. They gave me a refund. Absolutely no communication from this seller. I am easy going, and if this seller was dealing with a personal issue, resulting in them not being able to ship the item, I would have completely understood and just waited. Don't know what is going on with this seller. All they needed to do to avoid negative feedback is communicate with their customers.
