Decent Throne
This is a good throne for the money. I weigh 240 and it seems to be sturdy enough to use every day for practice. There is enough cushion on the seat to be comfortable and good range of height adjustment. I have two others and the one I replaced with this throne was so bad I would start to lose feeling in my hips. I'm Pretty sure I'll be using this for a long time.

Good Replacement Fan and Motor
I keep one of these as a spare for the vent for my coal stove. They work good but coal is messy and I only expect this part to last two or three years. This is the third one I've bought and will continue to have one on hand.
