However, when i won the bid i confirmed that: 1) i need delivery to which seller said yes 2) in advert, there was price for postage that i have already paid. Not honest seller at all. Very disappointed.

Resistance bands
Bands are a bit short but useable. I probably would not but any more.They are exactly the same length as a sheet of A4 paper. No good for leg excercises .
