  I received a cookie jar that was shattered. I contacted the seller and they only offered me the money for the purchase in return not the shipping cost. I contacted them three times before they responded and then it was Oh did you request a refund, I must have missed it. I contacted Ebay and they immediently found in my favor and refunded me the full amount. All they ask was for me to send back the broken jar with a free shipping label which I gladly did. Will NEVER buy from this seller again
