All the rubber parts and grease fittings
So I had my mechanic put all my parts on. I was so happy to have all new parts up and running. Even bought shocks from Detroit axel. Not even 6 months and all the rubber parts are shot out. The grease fitting leak. Shock rubbers completely smashed and not doing anything but making noise. The only positive is that they are wiling to honor the warranty. Just need a note or letter from my mechanic and pictures of the issues. I got the pictures. Try getting a mechanic to write you a detailed description of the issues. It's been almost to months. I still haven't got it. Called again today. Not gonna matter now in 19 degree snow covered winter anyway. Just hope the warranty are still honored.
Anyway the previous parts (shocks) from Ford were all rusted out and the rubber fittings still were in tact. They worked but they looked awful. All rusted out. Like I said the rubbers and fittings were mostly still good. Except a few. That's why I turned to Detroit axel. I was definitely disappointed this time around!
