Life is more than just a positive side.
It features ideas/strategies relating to the concept of focusing on the moment. To accomplish the goal, one has to identify the positive concept and acknowledge its value as it occurs.
When one identifies that moment, sensitivity to that event occurs, it is recognized, and replicated t throughout your day.
Looking for moments of positivity becomes and valuable process and goal. Small, apparently insignificant events rise to a more conscious level of thought. And the acknowledgement begins once more.
Looking for, identifying, searching, and promoting the positive becomes how an individual navigates one's everyday life. Each of these "now" moments fill the space of our lives and attract us to that NOW moment.
