Good anthology with decent scare factor

This item has become a bit of a cult favorite that is currently hard to find. I enjoyed it. The anthology-based production was held together at the beginning and end by the great Jeffrey Combs. Each story was fairly scary and the acting was good throughout. The Lovecraftian creatures and special effects were effective as well.
