What You Get For A Few Dollars More

Permeate 1000 With 90% Auto Shut Off Valve
Every Reverse Osmosis system should have this kit. Permeate pump and 90% auto shut off valve reduces waste water significantly and works, unlike hot water return systems. which is cheap. To do the job the pump turns itself off and on sounding a little like "clicks" one after another. Permeate 500 will perform just the same for all but the systems producing and absolute highest volume, and sound of the "clicks" is greatly reduced.
Installation is simple. Pump is 4"x4" and mounts anywhere on the filter rack. Just read the instructions with diagram and look at the labelled ends on the pump and 90% valve to see how to connect some between themselves and others to the fittings on your filter. You will probably need to buy extra tubing from Home Depot (cheap). Push fittings are as simple as cut the tubing with a scissors, push the end of the tubing into the fitting, and you are connected without leaks.
