A must-read for anyone concerned about their health
The book by an American medical doctor is not only about detoxifying, but also about the natural foods, vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids needed to be healthy. We are the first people on planet earth exposed to GM foods, pesticides, exhaust fumes, impoverished soils (therefore insufficient minerals to support human health), exhaust fumes, toxins in building materials and furniture and literally thousands of other harmful chemicals. This book tells how to protect ourselves. Extremely well researched. This book changed our lives!
