Hi. I live in San Diego, Ca. As a hobby I go to the local junkyards once a week and look for freshly arrived cars that have headlights, side mirrors and sometimes rare electronics and parts. I specialize in 2007-2016 vehicles. I rarely do hoods, fenders, doors, or engine parts.
My average cost for a part is $40, plus shipping is $40, plus ebay fees which are $20. It literally costs me $100 to list, sell, and ship a headlight, a turn signal or small mirror slightly less. With that being said I only offer discounts on items in stock over 60 days.
All parts are tested. I only sell A and B+ grade parts which means minimal scratches, and all parts working working and in good condition. If I am selling something that has a physical defect, it is noted clearly, and again, 99% of my sales are A grade used parts.
This is a part time job for me while i work for my ASE Certifications in College. I am not a huge company. I own everything I sell and usually ship same day.

I was hoping to find some common ground but couldn't see offering a discount when mine was the best condition and best price. Everything Is ell is used. I use standard grading practices for A-B-C-D. I do not sell less than B grade. A C grade is considered non-functional or requiring major repair. All my items are plug and play. Sorry.

For College Level Students Only
This book is a fantastic reference for 150--1600 English Life, culture and politics. As a Poli Sci student you will find almost all law is derived from this period of English civilization. However it is written with a college level professor in mind. It's use of archaic and Real English words and phrases is on every page, and I advise any reader to have a good dictionary and reference close by to keep pace with this book. A great example is "yoining the toune", which is another way of saying "Joining the town", whereby small english cities grew so rapidly, the space between the town and the local forest was filled up and the forest literally "joined the town" as property.

Best to use a blood test strip.
Ketone strips for urinalysis rarely detect levels. The blood test strip is the standard way to go.
