Great for bread
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Great for baking bread as described in Tartine, though it's not as deep as I imagined. It absolutely needs seasoning with the first use though, otherwise as soon as you get it wet it'll start to rust. Otherwise, it's big heavy piece of cast iron, it'll last for decades if treated well.
