Good value, and even though this is new to me is has worked well outside so far.

Excellent service with sale, had asked recomendations based off my greenhouse design, mounted as soon as received and works perfectly.
Love these units and have worked perfectly since installed.
Don't waste your time with the other cheap $20 single spring assist models sold from the far east. The threads strip all the time making piston adjustments almost impossible.
