Poorly packed for shipment
The product is fine. I've been using it for years. Because it has a required teardrop shape, and melts at body temperature, I order it in December. That way, it won't melt and refreeze into some weird shape in transit.
However, it is also brittle when solid. I won't know for months whether the battered boxes of suppositories, which were just shipped in a plastic bag, contain suppositories' that are in one piece, or will just be fragments when I peel apart the covers before use....
