  Seller shipped only one of two units ordered and that one arrived damaged. Seller offered to send two additional units, but I opted to request a refund. Seller sent return label and defective unit was sent back. The next day I received the refund. Things happen, i.e. people make mistakes, but seller did everything possible to remedy situation. I would buy again.
