  The book arrived a few days ago, but as I had just moved house, I only managed to open it this morning. Thank you so much. Perfect for my needs. It came beautifully wrapped to prevent damage in transit, and was exactly as described….excellent condition. The postage, also, for such a heavy tome, was extremely reasonable.
