  Item not as described, perfect working order. wheels on the hoover fall off due to missing parts. accessories also missing. contacted the seller said they would get back to me when they had chance to look for the parts. Never did. Despite arranging a day to collect the item, the seller was not in so had to contact them and wait around, this was despite the seller wanting to cancel the sale due to ebay fees. Avoid this seller.
