This is a good device, but take care you are NOT using it for a potted application like STRATUX (ADS-IN device) because run time images for RaPi3B will NOT work on this RaPi3BPLUS. You need to recompile on board, if you must upgrade and don't have access to a RaPi3BPLUS image.
