Spice Up Your CRV

These cross bars make my 2008 Honda CRV soccer mom car look way more sporty while giving some added usefullness to the otherwise unusable roof. Here’s some of the pros and cons of these cross bars:
1. They are heavy and sturdy quality. They could easily hold a roof-top carrier or some heavy object that may not fit in the cargo space.
2. They are (relatively) easy to install. While the directions aren’t super clear on how to install these bad boys, it’s pretty easy to see where the pieces go. You want to make sure you pay attention to which bar goes in the front and which side is which. Otherwise they will not fit. It’s also a pretty tight fit so make sure you don’t screw down ones side before making sure the other side will also screw down nicely. The length of the bar can be altered by loosening the small screws on the underside to make for the perfect fit.
3. They’re cool. I like a little bit of sportiness on my car and these do the trick.
Overall, I’d recommend these to any 2007-2011 Honda’s CRV owner. They’re worth every penny and will spice up even the most boring CRV.
