Gear repair
I have a night vision monocular with a rubberized coating on it that became sticky over time making the unit impossible to use or hold. This tape, applied all around the deteriorated material, with holes cut our for the led indicators, eliminated the problem and made the monocular useable once again. It also make an excellent grip cover for knives.
