Highly Recommended.
This book and DVD provide excellent clear instruction on Yoga Practices based on the teachings of the Gitananda Yoga Tradition. The author and instructor teaches knowledge, at a depth and scope, that is rarely included or understood, in most of what we see in the modern marketplace of popular yoga teachings. If a student takes the time to learn and sustain some or all of the practices taught in this book/DVD, they will begin to gain experiential knowledge of the benefits. If they stay with the practices, they can bring positive benefits to their lives. I have this book/dvd and have studied with this teacher, Yogacharya Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani.

If you want a challenging puzzle, this is it. Not an easy one. Excellent quality puzzle.
I wanted a more challenging puzzle. A more difficult one. this is it. Very good quality pieces. this is not for beginners or someone looking for a simple puzzle.
